Helps to reduce anxiety and promotes overall better breathing habits.

You can use this breathing exercise to help manage every day stress that may occur in your daily life.

 

Whistle Breath-  help to increase lung capacity, cooling and relaxing, helps to promote mindfulness, activates the thyroid and parathyroid glands, helps calm your nervous system and gives focus. 

Meditation-  practice of mindfulness, awareness, and helps you to achieve a mentally clear, calm and stable state.
